…which fascinates every visitor and encourages them to come back. What began with a 9-hole course in 1995 and was expanded to a full 18-hole course as early as 1998, is now one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe with the 18-hole Championship Course and the 9-hole Wallerbach Course. Built in an area that was already a classic summer resort during the monarchy. A place to feel at home, far away from the stress, hustle and bustle of the big city, where our members and guests can find the necessary distance from the stress of everyday life and pursue their hobby of golf in peace.<\/p>

Many wonderful things come about because a series of happy coincidences make it so. This was also the case at GC Adamstal. On the one hand there was Franz Wittmann, Austria’s most successful rally driver, an enthusiastic golfer who couldn’t get the idea of his own golf course out of his head.<\/p>

On the other hand, there was Hans Z\u00f6chling, a friend and partner, who together with Wittmann gave the financial backing to this idea, and the Canadian-Irish golf course architect Jeff Howes, who realised this course in the Lower Austrian Alpine foothills.<\/p>

With his own perfectionism, which already led him to twelve national championship titles and one world championship win as a rally driver, Wittmann, his wife Rolanda and his business partner Z\u00f6chling turned the course into a real jewel box. From the greens and fairways to the stylishly renovated and over 100-year-old clubhouse, the GC Adamstal is unique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
