Description
The “Green Monster” is the most difficult fairway in the Adamstal Golf Club and the green can only be attacked with the third shot. Even some well-known players on the challenge tour could not conquer the “Green Monster” because they risked too much. The course is located directly above the former “Meindl Villa” from which it got its original name. Green fee players who play a birdie on hole 7 receive a Green Fee voucher after the round in the secretariat.
Pro tips
This downhill-uphill double dogleg is the most difficult hole in the Adamstal. Three good, confident strokes are required. After a successful drive (be careful of the Out on the left), the layout follows in the direction of the path that pulls over the top of the right fairway edge. Don’t be too greedy when you hit the flag: The green sits like a bird’s nest, a little higher between the bunkers.
